Outside of the Palace of Westminster on April 17, hundreds of protestors gathered to demonstrate their support of the people of Gaza, calling for sanctions by the British government and its allies, as well as an immediate ceasefire. Across Parliament Square Garden, another group of protestors arrived to demand the release of the Israeli hostages and show their support for Israel. Both parties cheered in favor of their respective causes, filling the square with pleas for their voices to be heard.
