Every April, members of the greater Ithaca community gather on The Commons for the Take Back the Night rally, an international effort to reclaim the night for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. On April 28, students, faculty, and staff from Ithaca College, Cornell University, Lehman Alternative Community School, and members of the Ithaca community made the march to the Bernie Milton Pavilion. Speakers shared words of empowerment, survivors told their stories, performances were celebrated, and everyone stood together in solidarity.
